How My Student Management handles personal information under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Who we are

My Student Management (Pty) Ltd (Reg 2026/394969/07), 109 Brooks Street, Brooklyn, Pretoria, 0084. The Responsible Party for personal information processed in the course of our management services is My Student Management (Pty) Ltd. An Information Officer is registered with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

What we process

Contact details of owner counterparties, vendors and on-site managers; operational reporting fields agreed in each MSA. We do not process student personal information through this website. Student data is processed by the student portal at app.mystudent.co.za, which has its own privacy notice.

Your rights under POPIA

Right to access — request a copy of the information we hold on you.
Right to correct — ask us to amend information that is incorrect.
Right to object — to certain types of processing.
Right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
